RAJESH BHATEJA

Rajesh has over 21 years of IT experience having graduated with an engineering degree in electronics. Rajesh started his career as a Technical Manager with Zenith Computers Ltd, in Delhi. Rajesh then sensed an opportunity in a techno-commercial job and joined ComputerLand, Delhi as a Business Development Manager.
Rajesh then moved up to become General Manager at Technoland Systems Ltd, Delhi and helped them set up India’s first Compaq Authorised Service Centre for notebook PCs. Rajesh’s work was considered best practice for a service centre, even by Compaq Asia Pacific headquarters at Singapore.
In 1998, the entrepreneur bug drove him towards starting a Delhi based programming and development centre and Rajesh has single-handedly set up the development facility from inception to a stage where it serves a significant global customer base providing a range of business solutions relating to BPO, multimedia presentations and customised web applications & software development.
The most recent milestone has been the setting up of a new office which currently has 120 workstations, server and networking gear and redundant internet access. Rajesh’s team provide BACK Consulting with their development capability with the highest skilled individuals at a great cost base.
