Position: International Sales Call Centre (Velociti)
Velociti, part of the Blue Label Group provide our call centre capabilities to our debt recovery and outsourcing customers in the UK, Ireland and the USA.
Greg started out life as a Branch Manager for Capitec Bank in South Africa and looked after 4 branches around Kwa-Zulu Natal and took care of a wide range of responsibilities including credit granting, debt management and customer service.
He then moved to R.L.Daly Attorneys and dealt with the operations within the call centre and then became the National Sales Manager involved in local and international Sales for the call centre before leaving to start his own business.
A short while after starting his own business with his colleague David Burger, Velociti Call Centre’s acquired their business. Greg now takes care of a successful collections business servicing banks and major retailers as well as steering International Sales and Operational Management of the Insurance business within Velociti and servicing all of the call centre clients for BACK.
