Position: Operations Management Collections (Velociti)
Velociti, part of the Blue Label Group provide our call centre capabilities to our debt recovery and outsourcing customers in the UK, Ireland and the USA.
David was appointed as Branch Manager of Capitec Bank in 2001 and during his time with the company he gained valuable experience in the banking industry and achieved Manager of the Year in 3 consecutive years. His responsibilities included the planning, implementing and control of wide ranging sales campaigns, budgets, development of Operations Manuals and collection strategies for all bank branches.
In 2004 he was recruited by Lexecute (Pty) Ltd and appointed as Operations Manager. Lexecute is a subsidiary of RL Daly Attorneys and formed the backbone of their collection and contact strategies.
RL Daly and Lexecute (Pty) Ltd joined forces in 2006 and David was appointed as the Key Accounts Executive. As part of Senior Management, he developed and implemented new and cost effective strategies for all their Blue Chip clients. He played a major role in strategic planning, budgets, auditing, training, management reporting, system evaluation and improvement, financial analysis and process analysis.
David is currently employed as the Operations Manager for Velociti and acts as the GM for their Collection Division servicing BACK’s clients.
