Anne is a practicing solicitor with over 20 years experience. She set up and ran a successful solicitor’s practice in Dublin for many years prior to moving to the United States.
She was admitted to Yale Law School and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law. She worked with a senior Federal Judge of the Second Circuit as a clerk, drafting opinions, judgments and decrees. Upon her return to Ireland, she re-established her legal practice specialising in representing other solicitors. She also joined our consultancy team working with legal firms in the UK and Ireland.
Anne has worked with many solicitors’ firms setting up management structures, assisting with the drafting of business and marketing plans, establishing precedent banks and file and case management systems, advising on computer systems, recruiting training and assessing staff, reviewing risk management procedures and working in the emerging area of information and knowledge management. She is a qualified consultant for Lexcel, the UK practice standard.
As well as working extensively with the Irish Law Society and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association on various projects, Anne frequently lecturers on Business Process Automation and the use of best practice and technology in the workplace, especially in legal and corporate environments.
